Sponsorship Opportunities
We offer sponsorship opportunities for all budgets and business sizes. Whether you have $100 in your budget or thousands, we will find a perfect fit for you. We prefer to customize each sponsorship to meet your specific needs, so please don’t hesitate to contact us. Let us know what your ideas, we will see what we can make work. Advertising Opportunities
Premium Catalog Ads (NOW CLOSED FOR 2026)
All include their logo on our front-page website rotation. Needs to be the highest resolution possible in PDF, JPG, or PNG formats.
B&W Ads
- 1/8 page (Business Card Size) – $50
- 1/4 page (wide 2”x8” or long 4”x5”) – $100
- 1/2 page (wide 8”x5” or long 4”x10”) – $175
- Full page (8”x10”) – $300
Color Ads
- 1/4 page (wide 2”x8” or long 4”x5”) – $150
- 1/2 page (wide 8”x5” or long 4”x10”) – $300
- Full page (8”x10”) – $600
Year-Round Banners
These will hang at the fairgrounds in a highly visible location for one year for all other events to see. These are approximately 3’x5’ banners (size depends on your logo)
- First-time Advertiser (if fair provides a banner) (or if a new banner is needed) – $300
- Past Advertiser (no new banner needed) or if an advertiser provides a banner – $250
Fair Week Banners
These will hang during the fair week only around the fair gates or other highly visible locations. These are approximately 3’x5’ banners (size depends on your logo)
- First-time Advertiser (if fair provides a banner) (or if a new banner is needed) – $200
- Past Advertiser (no new banner needed) or if an advertiser provides a banner – $150
